In addition to actively asking the right questions among certain target groups, Social Media Research offers you the possibility to look further, to listen and to observe. We analyse what is said on the Internet about your organisation, products or services, and where and when these are discussed. This information constitutes the ideal supplement to other forms of data collection.

The art of SMR is to ask the right questions (the right search queries) with the large amounts of data that are available. It is easy to drown in the sea of details. In consultation with the client, we select the sources and subjects to focus upon. It is not only possible to monitor issues, but also to look back in time.

Sometimes listening is better than asking questions.
